Rodney Tabares is the Director of DEI Outreach, Partnerships and Accountability at Docusign.
He was the first person in his family to either obtain a college degree, or build a career that required a similar qualification.
On June 12, Rodney will join CodePath Voices to discuss navigating his way to career success without being able to rely on guidance and experience from family members, and share his advice on how students can forge their own path and get much-needed support from other sources.

Voices, hosted by the CodePath Career Center, brings together select partners and students for dynamic and real conversations around the diverse experiences that shape us and impact how we show up to work.
