The recruiter then will either set up Interview Days through CareerConnect, or review candidates and move them into their own hiring process outside of the platform.

How does the platform match candidates with roles?
The platform will look at the requirements the company has added for each position and match any students who have those exact qualifications. These matching qualifications include: class year, work authorization, technical skills, relocation, and graduation date.
-
How can I share my resume with a company even if I didn't get matched with a role?
Each company will have a resume drop where you can share your resume even if they don't have a position that matches your qualifications.
