Choose a way to support our students
We have year-round opportunities to support with resume reviews, career guidance conversations, mock behavioral interviews, or technical interview practice. Just 30 minutes of your time can make a difference!
Register
Complete the volunteer registration form and select your available time slots for the event(s) that interest you. Calendar holds will arrive within 3 business days.
Prepare
Review the guides below for your event type. Watch the TIW example session video before conducting mock technical interviews.
Get matched
One week before the event you’ll receive a calendar invite with your student’s details, resume PDF, and the Zoom link. Unused calendar holds are cancelled.
Show up
Join Zoom at your scheduled time. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, exit and report a no-show using the “Report No-Show” link in above.
Follow up (optional)
Students may request written feedback. Send it to the email address listed in your calendar invite.
