Applied AI Engineering: Non-Credit
The Applied AI Engineering pathway equips you to code, build, and collaborate in the AI-powered environments shaping today's tech industry. You'll learn computer science fundamentals and modern software engineering while working directly in AI-assisted workflows, helping to boost productivity and rapid prototyping.
Cybersecurity: Non-Credit
Explore the complex field of digital security with the Cybersecurity pathway. Learn about real-world tools and attacks, empowering you to confidently discuss different areas of cybersecurity. Next, deep-dive into the world of blue team security, using industry-proven techniques to detect, analyze, and respond to security threats. Along the way, you’ll use AI as a planning partner, and research assistant, enabling you to focus on building your cybersecurity skillset.
Data Structures and Algorithms for Technical Interview Prep: 3 Credit Hours
In this course, you'll learn about basic data structures and algorithms and how to apply them to solve problems. You'll also learn how to analyze the time and space complexity of your solutions. Finally, you'll learn about the UMPIRE problem-solving process and how to combine all of these concepts to succeed in technical interviews.

Skill Level: Intro (TIP101) | Intermediate (TIP102)
TIP 101 is strongly recommended for JCSU students who have completed CSC 241 or CSC 242.
The TIP pathway focuses on empowering students to ace technical interviewing and gives them a preview of real-world challenges in the industry. With AI as each student's companion, these courses are designed to prepare students to become self-sufficient learners, meaningfully communicate technical concepts and approaches, and solve challenging algorithmic problems commonly used in interviews for top companies.
Web Development: Non-Credit
Master full-stack web development by designing and building interactive websites inspired by your favorites. Start your journey by structuring and styling the look and feel of your website, then add interactive elements like videos, forms, and animations to bring it to life. In the later courses, build feature-rich websites with user accounts, profile customization, and content creation. You will also use AI as a debugging partner and research assistant, enabling you to focus on your vision for your web application.
