Registration Opens For The Emerging Engineers Summit 2023: Where Community, Opportunity and Inspiration Meet.

CodePath is thrilled to announce the opening of student and alumni ticketing for the highly anticipated Emerging Engineers Summit (EES), a transformative event taking place October 2-6, 2023, that will empower and inspire future engineering leaders. More than 4,000 CodePath students and alumni will join dozens of partner companies and industry leaders at EES to create the largest and most diverse virtual hiring event in the nation. 

As CodePath continues to scale, we remain steadfast in our mission to build diversity within the tech talent pipeline. Our Virtual Career Fairs have long been instrumental in achieving this goal; connecting high-performing, underrepresented talent with top-tier employers. EES marks the expansion of these fairs into a dynamic and engaging week-long summit for the students, young professionals, leaders, and educators who together form the backbone of our CodePath community.

We are proud to host this event in partnership with our esteemed company partners, known for driving innovation and diversity within the engineering community. These include Microsoft, ServiceNOW, YCombinator, SAP, Base10, Stryker, Bloomberg, and Reboot Representation, as well as many more. Community

Through seminars and themed networking events, EES will provide a rare opportunity for attendees to find, recognize and celebrate their place in tech; identify community and shared experiences; and form long-term and meaningful connections.

Opportunity

Employer-led career development sessions will provide insider information on recruiting and the workforce, and conclude with CodePath’s biggest ever Virtual Career Fair, where up to 2,000 participating students and alumni will be matched with employers and job openings based on skills and experience requirements.

Inspiration

Keynote sessions will feature Tia White, General Manager of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Amazon Web Services; Sheena Allen, founder of Capway; and Salvador Chavez, VP of Engineering at Bill.com, who will share their inspirational stories and advice, demonstrating through their own experiences the importance of finding the right talent when scaling a company.
